Renaud Vaderhagen

Vice President Engineering – Standard ENS/CM

Renaud Vanderhagen has been working for F24 (former M-PLIFY S.A.) since 2010.

With his many years of experience in business continuity and especially in IT Operations & Project Management, he is responsible for all technical issues within the Luxembourg branch.

Stefanie Hach

Head of Sales & Marketing

Stefanie Hach joined F24 in 2017 and since then learned her trade at the side of F24’s founder.

In her role as Head of Sales & Marketing for F24 Luxembourg, she is now responsible for establishing and directing all sales and marketing activities in Luxembourg and the Netherlands.

Frédéric Doucène

Managing Director Finance & Administration

Frédéric Doucene joined F24 as Managing Director Finance and Administration in 2021.

He contributes great worth with his experience from his professional experiences, which ranges from financial auditor to financial director and founder of his own SaaS start-up in the field of innovation management.

Fabien Bénéteau

Sales Manager

Sales Manager with over 9 years of experience in the sale of high added value digital solutions, Fabien joined F24 (former M-PLIFY S.A.) in 2018 and developed skills and know-how that allows him to assist his clients, on a daily basis, with their business issues as well as the commercial and technical aspects. 

He will understand your needs and find solutions. His objective at F24 is to ensure that every organisation is prepared for any critical situation and is able to face the challenges of tomorrow.

Jean-Charles Manigart

Senior Sales Manager

Senior Sales Manager with over 25 years of experience, Jean Charles is passionate about new technologies and digital innovation, while being focused on customer acquisition and satisfaction, quality and service excellence.

As part of F24, he is now dedicated to partnering organizations to determine if and how our SaaS solutions can help them prepare for, respond to and operate effectively in critical situations.

Chloé Martellotta

Marketing Manager

Chloé Martellottajoined F24 (former M-PLIFY S.A.) in 2013 as a sales manager.

After more than hundred client projects, she moved to marketing, in order to use her perfect knowledge of the Luxembourg market and its customers to help the sales team to better satisfy the customers’ needs.

Solenn Rault

Junior Product Marketing Manager

Solenn joined F24 in January 2023 and is in charge of Marketing for France and BeNeLux. She takes care of web-seminars, customer events and emailing campaigns.

Based in Paris, she comes once a month in Luxembourg and exchange weekly with sales in Luxembourg and the Netherlands.

Previously, she worked also in marketing and manage long term project such as new visuals for bank cards.

Hamza El Maimouni

Customer Support Manager

Hamza El Maimouni joined F24 in March 2022 and is responsible for customer support in BENELUX. Originally from Brussels, he can help you in the following languages: French, English, Dutch.

With his different experiences in customer support and in different sectors, he will be there to support you and find the solution to your problem.

Bertrand Toussaint

Senior Software Architect

Bertrand Toussaint joined F24 (former M-PLIFY S.A.) in 2003.

With 30 years of expertience in IT development and as architect of the AlarmTILT product, he is responsible to improve continously the F24 Crisis Management and Emergency Notification solution.

Guillaume Heim

Finance & Administration Associate

Guillaume Heim joined F24 as an apprentice for the administration and HR part in 2017. Since 2019, he is working as Finance & Administration Associate. It is the contact person for all administrative, financial or human resource topics for F24 Luxembourg, F24 France and F24 Belgium.
